Do you accept returns?

Due to the personal nature of safety products, we do not accept change-of-mind returns.

What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?

Please contact us within 7 days with photos of the issue and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Do the personal alarms come with batteries?

Yes - personal alarms come with 2 x AAA batteries. Depending on frequency of use, batteries can last up to 12 months.

How loud is the personal alarm?

Our alarms reach up to 130dB, loud enough to attract attention and deter threats.

How do I use the glass breaker on the 3-in-1 tool?

Place the black pointed end firmly against the corner of a window and press with strong, steady pressure until the glass breaks.

How do I use the seatbelt cutter?

Slide the seatbelt into the protected slot where the blade sits and pull firmly to cut through.

Are your products guaranteed to keep me safe?

Our tools are designed to support personal safety but cannot guarantee prevention of harm. Always stay aware of your surroundings and seek professional help in emergencies.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us ASAP and we’ll try to update it.
Once dispatched, we’re unable to make changes.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can’t be cancelled once processing has begun, so please contact us immediately if needed.
